Suspension Servicing

We are equipped with the tools and parts and qualifications required to work on Fox, RockShox and DVO. Our workshop is fully stocked with all Rockshox and Fox repair kits for shocks and forks. All servicing on shocks includes nitrogen charging in the damper, vacuum bleeding and pre/post service and hand dyno testing to ensure correct functionality.

The Gold Service includes the replacement of dynamic seals in both the damper and air leg of the fork, as well as the main dust/oil seals and foam rings. The damper will also receive a full re-bleed with fresh oil as specified by the manufacturer and lowers oil will be replaced.

*Plus parts. Typically, $250 including seal kit and fluids

The Silver Service replaces the main dust/oil seals and foam rings. Lowers lubricants/oils are also replaced during this service, however, the damper and air leg seals are not attended to.

For your rear shock the Gold Service includes the replacement of all air can and damper seals, and a full damper vacuum bleed with factory oils. Includes parts and labour. Includes damper test on hand dyno.

An air can service is a basic service for air-sprung rear shocks and replaces all seals within the air can, and the main dust wiper seal. Appropriate assembly grease is also replaced during this service. Includes damper test on hand dyno.

*Plus parts. Typically $120 including seal kit and fluids.

Remove all of the linkage bearings and grease. If bearings need to be replaced the price will be adjusted based on the replacement cost of new bearings. This only includes labour.

*Plus parts. Typically $15/bearing

This is a static service getting your bike setup in the workshop to get your bike working better for you.

This service will have us both out on the trail giving you the chance to ride a trail you are familiar with repeatedly and give you the chance to dial in your suspension specific to how you would like it to behave.
