JUICE LUBES TYRE JUICE
World Cup Worthy Tyre Sealant To Keep The Wind In Your Tyres On Thorny Roads And The Gnarliest Of Trails
Tyre Juice is a World Cup downhill used, abused and approved sealant. Warding off punctures and pinch-flats by coating your rubber in a protective force field. Slosh it in and you’ll enjoy a puncture-proof performance on the thorny roads and rocky trails. It also allows you to run lower pressures, meaning more grip, more comfort and more speed.
It’s a doddle to install and battles faff every time you ride. Our unique synthetic latex based formula seals holes up to 7mm. Tyre Juice doesn't ball up and it's non-corrosive and ammonia free so it won’t damage wheels or tyres and won’t cause allergic reactions.
It's water washable for less mess and should last 6-9 months between top-ups in typical UK conditions. Suitable for MTB, road, gravel and anything else in between. Our sealant works from 15-80 psi and temperatures from -20°C to +50°C. It's also CO2 compatible and can be applied through valves with the core removed.

Step By Step STEP 1 Get Set.
Start with fresh tubeless rim tape and valves.Give your tyre a check for any damage and do your best to start with good quality kit that's damage-free.Check your Tyre Juice packaging to work out the correct quantity for your bike. Bikes with inserts will need a little more than recommended.
STEP 2 Seal It Up.
For pouches: Remove your valve core and push the pouch nozzle over the valve. Give it a squeeze and add sealant directly through the valve and into your tyre. For bottles: Either insert through the valve or pour straight into your tyre before seating the bead.Tyre Juice can also be painted onto tyre beads for a perfect, airtight fit.
STEP 3 Inflate and Go.
Once seated and inflated give your wheel a shake and a good spin to get the Tyre Juice spread around inside your wheel. Give everything a good clean to wipe up any spills, keeping it all away from your clothes.Pop it back on your bike and shred like the true savage you always knew you were. Crush your mates and hear the lamentations of their tubes
