Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (Australia Only)

CB Cycles ships Australia-wide.

Small Items
Small orders are shipped via Australia Post and may be delivered to residential, business, or PO box addresses.

Large & Bulky Items (Including Bikes)
Large items are shipped via commercial freight carriers (e.g. StarTrack, TNT, or equivalent).
These must be delivered to a residential or business address — PO boxes are not accepted.

If you would like to arrange your own freight, please contact us prior to purchase.


Processing Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day.

  • Orders placed after midday AWST, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day
  • Supplier warehouse items may require an additional 3–7 business days before dispatch

During peak periods, dispatch times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Please note:

  • All shipping rates are estimates
  • Bulky or remote deliveries may incur additional charges
  • If additional freight is required, we will contact you prior to dispatch

Free shipping promotions (if offered) are sent via a standard carrier at our discretion.


Delivery & Authority to Leave

By placing an order, you authorise the shipping carrier to deliver your order.

If you are not available at the time of delivery:

  • The carrier may leave the parcel in a safe location
  • Or take it to a local depot for collection

CB Cycles is not responsible for parcels once confirmed as delivered.


Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the packaging and product
  • Contact us within 48 hours

We will assist in lodging a claim with the freight carrier where applicable.


Incorrect Addresses & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If:

  • An incorrect address is provided, or
  • Delivery is refused or missed

Any additional shipping costs to resend the order will be the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once dispatched.


Items That Cannot Be Shipped

Some products may be restricted from shipping due to:

  • Supplier or dealer agreements
  • Dangerous goods classifications (e.g. lithium batteries)

If a product cannot be shipped, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.


International Shipping

CB Cycles currently ships within Australia only.


Important Notes

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed
  • Once an order leaves our premises, delivery is handled by a third-party carrier
  • Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery
