The Cane Creek 40 Series Tapered Headset delivers dependable steering performance, durability and excellent value for mountain bikes with tapered steerer tubes.

Drawing on technology from Cane Creek's premium 110 Series, the 40 Series features precision-machined aluminium cups, sealed cartridge bearings and effective sealing to protect against dirt, moisture and demanding riding conditions.

The ZeroStack (ZS) design positions the bearings inside the frame's head tube, providing a clean, low-profile appearance while maintaining smooth and consistent steering performance.

Designed for frames with a 44 mm upper and 56 mm lower head tube bore, this complete headset is compatible with standard 1⅛"–1½" tapered fork steerers.
